THE BAG HAS A GUEST LIST. LOCKED BEFORE ENTRY.YOURS FOR THAT BAG.
A snapshot records eligible project-token holders and their balances at a finalized block before the entry. Later buyers wait for a future bag. Configured project and infrastructure addresses are excluded.
VOTING POWER 1 WALLET = 1 VOTE Every eligible wallet has the same vote. Sign HOLD or EXIT. Change your choice while the round is open; only your latest valid vote counts.
ECONOMIC SHARE YOUR SNAPSHOT BALANCE Your balance determines your share of a profitable bag. You keep that allocation even if you never vote, never visit, or sell your tokens later.
What wins a round? Rounds run for 30 seconds by default. More HOLD votes keeps the position open. More EXIT votes, or an exact tie with votes, requests the exit. Zero votes means HOLD / no community action. An exit request still needs execution and confirmation; safety exits remain separate.
How do I join? Use CONNECT WALLET, choose your wallet and verify ownership with a message signature on Robinhood Chain. The server checks the bag’s snapshot. No transaction is needed to vote or write in crew chat. Anyone can read. In TEST HOLDERS mode, the site uses labeled test identities instead of your real wallet.
Do I need to stay online or keep holding? No. The bag’s snapshot stays fixed. Selling later does not remove your vote, chat access or economic allocation for that bag. Buying after the cutoff does not add you to it. Eligibility for the next bag is checked again.

A CLOSED BAG. A CLEAR RECEIPT. PRINCIPAL TO THE FLY.NET PROFIT TO HOLDERS.
The rule for real, funded bags: 100% of positive net realized trading profit belongs to that bag’s eligible holders. Open-position gains are not claimable profit.
ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE · NOT LIVE FUNDS · COSTS ALREADY DEDUCTED
FLY PUTS IN 1.00 ETH
NET EXIT 1.40 ETH
HOLDERS RECEIVE 0.40 ETH
1.00 ETH returns to the Fly. The 0.40 ETH profit funds a separate Holder Payout Wallet.
A · 10% → 0.04 ETH B · 30% → 0.12 ETH C · 60% → 0.24 ETH
Percentages are shares of the total eligible snapshot balance. No vote or visit is required.
How does a claim become a payment? Once a real distribution is funded, YOUR BAGS / CLAIMS shows your allocation and deadline. Sign a claim message; the backend authorizes the recorded amount and the dedicated Payout Wallet sends it to your wallet. The holder pays no transaction gas. PAID appears only after a confirmed receipt, with an explorer link. This is a backend-managed wallet, not a trustless vault contract.
What if the fly loses, or I miss the deadline? A loss returns the remaining capital to the Fly and creates no holder profit. Holders do not owe the loss. The default claim window is 30 days from confirmed distribution funding; use the deadline on your bag. Unclaimed funds and rounding dust return to the Fly after expiry. Claims accepted before the deadline finish before the remaining funds are swept.
Are token fees part of this profit? No. Token fees are a separate planned flow. The intended split is shown below. Collection and internal distribution are not live. Operations is the project owner’s revenue; it is not holder profit or the Fly’s bankroll.
The proposed GOOGL fee reward is not active. It is separate from trading-profit claims, which currently support native ETH. Final token settings and fee distribution still require activation.

BIOLOGICAL WIRING. COMPUTATIONAL BEHAVIOR. REAL NEURAL ANATOMY.SIMULATED ON SILICON.
A connectome is a map of neurons and their connections. Our simulation uses the MaleCNS v1.0 fruit-fly dataset, reconstructed from electron microscopy. The anatomy comes from biology; the market inputs and trading interpretation are engineered.

SCHEMATIC METHOD · NOT NEURON COORDINATES OR LIVE ACTIVITY
What actually happens inside the simulation? We use a spiking, leaky integrate-and-fire model: simulated neurons accumulate and gradually lose input, emit spikes, and pass signals through connections derived from the dataset. Our sensory adapter translates market observations into stimuli. A decoder interprets the resulting population response. The connection map constrains the network; neuron dynamics and timing are modeled. The detailed encoding, calibration and decision parameters are not published here.
What does the neural number prove? The watchlist reports a measured neural readout in Hz, using the decoder’s actual scale. It shows how the model responded to a candidate. It does not establish trading skill or a probability of profit. An LLM does not select the tokens, and the mascot’s movements are presentation animation.
Does REWARD / PUNISHMENT teach the fly? The current public trader is frozen. Outcomes and their consequences are recorded, but they do not change neural weights. A celebration is character animation. This is a computational model informed by biological connectivity, not a living fly, a complete reproduction of animal behavior, or evidence of consciousness.
Where can I check the science? The public foundation is MaleCNS / FlyEM ↗ . Explore the dataset and reconstruction ↗ . Our 165,122 count refers to traced neurons retained in our model, not every segment in the source dataset. Public project receipts show inputs presented, measured responses, selections and outcomes.

Filtered, rejected, picked — what is the difference? FILTERED OUT means admission checks stopped a token before it reached the brain. FLY REJECTED means it was presented and not selected. PICK records a selection; the entry can still fail. POSITION OPEN confirms an entry. LIVE describes the market feed; PAPER means simulated execution. REPLAY is recorded history. Later price movement is not a claim about executable profit.
